Lincolnshire County Council have implemented a booking system for all household recycling centers in the county. Market Rasen site is an efficient site. There  is potential for issues regarding traffic entering and exiting the site , this currently does not happen but given the site is situated on a busy industrial estate it will lead to issues with users waiting for entry. The  staff do a wonderful job. Because one site having problems should not cause all sites to require a booking system. This proposal will result in flying tipping, affect elderly people and cause problems with traffic. As a rural area we already have issues with fly tipping and wish for the recycling centre to be exempt from the booking system.
