The Government’s plan to make disposable vapes illegal from January and refillable non-therapeutic vapes illegal from March is counterintuitive. The medical evidence is clear that vaping is hugely less damaging than smoking but by banning vaping the Government will force create an entire generation of smokers! They will also push myself back into the open arms of cigarette companies, I smoked for twenty something years before I gave up on new years 2022 with the help of vapes and I import the nicotine juice legally with a prescription now from NZ, however after March I will be unable to do this- having to buy government legislated tasteless overpriced disposable products from pharmacies. It will be black market cigarettes for both myself and the new generation if the government continues down this path of folly! 

Sign this partition and demand the government change its stance! This outright ban was thought up by people with no first hand understanding of the issue:

1) Banning legal vaping will only make gangs richer and citizens unhealthier!

2) Legalising nicotine vape products and standardising ingredients is the proper path.
