We had been blocked from getting our petition acknowledged by the city of San Francisco until I filed a complaint, with city managers.

We are hoping that our petition will be posted as a communication to the elected board of supervisor's of the city and county of San Francisco by their next seating.

We lost the vote to stop the de facto ban, we entered a complaint with the city's ethics commission, who decided to not investigate the lobbying efforts behind this law.

But this battle is far from over and we need your help again.

Here's why supervisor Stefani has enter a another piece of legislation to cement this illegal monopoly , which will start getting hearings in just a few weeks.

It narrows the zoning options down , so it creates even more barriers to entrance when and if the current de facto ban sunsets. In a nutshell it prevents any new cannabis clubs in SF .
