What is being proposed is assisted suicide; where a doctor hands an individual a lethal concoction of drugs that will bring about their premature death. The state should have no business in such affairs.

The Human Rights Act is a law passed in 1998. It lets you defend your rights in UK courts and compels (forces) public organisations including the Uk government government etc to treat everyone equally, with fairness, dignity and respect.
Article 2 of the HRA1998 protects your right to life.
This means that nobody, including the Government, can try to end your life. It also means the Government should take appropriate measures to safeguard life by making laws to protect you and, in some circumstances, by taking steps to protect you if your life is at risk.
Public authorities should also consider your right to life when making decisions that might put you in danger or that affect your life expectancy.

Our moral and religious codes are instrumental in informing this stance, with many of our great religions decreeing "You shall not kill." Likewise, our secular ethics tend to safeguard life, valuing each moment of existence. These frameworks that we live by beckon us to uphold the sanctity of life.
Any change to this law would inevitably put vulnerable members of our society at risk - terminally ill individuals, disabled persons, the elderly, the sick, and those suffering from mental health issues etc . They could feel coerced to end their lives prematurely due to the fear of being a burden—financially, emotionally, or in need of care on their loved ones etc
According to a report by the Care Not Killing Alliance, there are incidences in countries where euthanasia and suicide dying has been legalised where people have ended their lives due to feeling like a burden. The vulnerable can, and the vulnerable have been exploited under such laws. Do we want these foreign experiences to become our local reality?
Let’s defend our UK law. Its protection of our vulnerable members is not a weakness but rather a sign of our morality, fairness, respect for life, and overall strength. Please, stand against any possible changes to allow assisted suicide stand for life.

The fear of introducing this private members bill for assistive suicide bill is This fear is not unfounded. Studies have shown that ableist language and attitudes can have significant negative impacts on the mental, emotional and physical well-being of disabled and chronically ill people etc (The Lancet, 2020). Furthermore, it's worth noting that coercive tactics in policy implementation are counter productive and often result in resistance (Harvard Law Review, 2018).

Assisted suicide is banned in the UK ,A person commits an offence under section 2 of the Suicide Act 1961 if he or she does an act capable of encouraging or assisting the suicide or attempted suicide of another person, and that act was intended to encourage or assist suicide or an attempt at suicide.

By introducing this bill it’s claimed the elderly , disabled and vulnerable to end their lives will free up space And resources in the NHS . Which is shocking
our resources are constantly being given away , while politicians are constantly receiving donations , gifts , excellent pay and expenses while the most vulnerable in society are having their basic needs met . The most vulnerable in society are being discriminated while these politicians are more focused on looking after the most affluent people etc

A palliative care doctor who is opposed to assisted dying said that the details of the bill show the public have been "hoodwinked".
Dr Cajetan Skowronski told LBC's Nick Ferrari at Breakfast: "They've always been saying it's about very extreme cases, patients who are suffering terrible pain at the end of their life, who palliative care cannot help, which is a very, very small portion of our patients.

What is being proposed is assisted suicide; where a doctor hands an individual a lethal concoction of drugs that will bring about their premature death. The state should have no business in such affairs.

Our moral and religious codes are instrumental in informing this stance, with many of our great religions decreeing "You shall not kill." Likewise, our secular ethics tend to safeguard life, valuing each moment of existence. These frameworks that we live by beckon us to uphold the sanctity of life.
Any change to this law would inevitably put vulnerable members of our society at risk - terminally ill individuals, disabled persons, the elderly, the sick, and those suffering from mental health issues etc . They could feel coerced to end their lives prematurely due to the fear of being a burden—financially, emotionally, or in need of care on their loved ones etc
According to a report by the Care Not Killing Alliance, there are incidences in countries where euthanasia and suicide dying has been legalised where people have ended their lives due to feeling like a burden. The vulnerable can, and the vulnerable have been exploited under such laws. Do we want these foreign experiences to become our local reality?
Let’s defend our UK law. Its protection of our vulnerable members is not a weakness but rather a sign of our morality, fairness, respect for life, and overall strength. Please, stand against any possible changes to allow assisted suicide stand for life.

The fear of introducing this private members bill for assistive suicide bill is This fear is not unfounded. Studies have shown that ableist language and attitudes can have significant negative impacts on the mental, emotional and physical well-being of disabled and chronically ill people etc (The Lancet, 2020). Furthermore, it's worth noting that coercive tactics in policy implementation are counter productive and often result in resistance (Harvard Law Review, 2018).

A palliative care doctor who is opposed to assisted dying said that the details of the bill show the public have been "hoodwinked".
Dr Cajetan Skowronski told LBC's Nick Ferrari at Breakfast: "They've always been saying it's about very extreme cases, patients who are suffering terrible pain at the end of their life, who palliative care cannot help, which is a very, very small portion of our patients.

Wes Streeting MP Health Secretary has ordered his department to carry out a review of the costs of potentially changing the law to legalise assisted dying.

The well known Celebrity who campaigned for Assisted Suicide , I personally believe will not do this as its against their religious beliefs , And is also recieving treatment and medication to keep the person alive as possible . My family member had the same cancer as her and only live a couple of days because the state killed them , with the family members prevented from having say in the matter

The Bill's flagship "safeguard" has now been euthanised.
Over the last 2 days the Assisted Suicide Bill Committee has REFUSED amendments to exclude people with impaired judgement, the depressed and suicidal, prisoners and homeless people, those 'unduly influenced' by others, or those who are doing it because they feel a burden.
Danny Kruger MP (@danny__kruger) points out "Jekyll and Hyde" Gov ministers on the Bill Committee and the inappropriateness of them voting when claiming neutrality. Chair Sir Roger Gale agrees to refer this to the Clerk of the House as there are issues that should be considered.

Healthcare provided by the NHS is free at the point of delivery to UK residents, apart from certain things. Medical services means any maintenance care of, or preventive care for, the human body, or care, service, or treatment of an illness or dysfunction of, or injury to, the human body.

Assisted suicide Committee votes to pass Clause 4 of the Bill, which allows doctors proactively to talk about assisted suicide with patients. Amendments to protect people with Down’s syndrome, autism, learning disabilities and under-18s were all rejected. This is shocking . These vulunerable people have a right to life
Article 2 of the Human Rights Act protects your right to life. This means that nobody, including the Government, can try to end your life.
BMA Consultants Conference has voted through a strongly worded motion - states Leadbeater assisted suicide Bill "raises serious potential moral hazards for consultants, and serious potential adverse impacts on health services".
With the uk Government reducing or taking off government assistance off the most vulunerable people in society , Will drive them in to poverty , Make them feel like a burden , With them wanting to use the assisted suicide path .Article 2 of the Human Rights Act protects your right to life. From my perspective the Assisted suicide bill is morally reprehensible and part of the globalist elite Agenda to depopulate the British population which is also crimes against Humanity and Genocide ( Icc ) and The Human Rights Act 1998 .

SarahJane Chubb states - Keir Starmer and Kim Leadbeater MP , UK Government and House of Lords is utilising their visibility to support fellow MPs and the Dignity in Dying campaign, instead of serving the British public and prioritising aid for the most vulnerable members of society whom the government seeks to eliminate for financial reasons and replacement migration .
Kim Leadbeater has experienced her initial loss. Her openness to permitting doctors to discuss assisted suicide with individuals under 18 reveals her true intentions and the ultimate direction the Bill's creators aim for. If Members of Parliament wish to prevent this, they must completely dismiss the Bill in the upcoming week.
