The current U.S. military buildup and the resulting strikes of "Operation Epic Fury" are being facilitated by an "Air Bridge" of tankers and transports that rely on the airspace of sovereign nations. In many cases, countries—including Portugal, Germany, and the United Kingdom—are allowing these flights under "tacit authorization," effectively providing a blank check for a conflict that lacks a mandate from the United Nations or a formal Declaration of War.
This affects everyone on Earth. The escalation of this conflict threatens global stability, risks a wider regional war, and turns every nation providing overflight rights into a potential target for retaliation. We, the undersigned citizens of the world, refuse to let our skies be used to fuel a war that bypasses international checks and balances.

WE DEMAND THAT ALL NATIONS IMMEDIATELY:
Enforce Explicit Authorization: End "automatic" overflight permissions. Every military aircraft must submit a mission manifest proving it is not supporting unilateral offensive actions before entering sovereign airspace.
Suspend Aerial Refueling Hubs: Immediately halt the staging and launching of tanker fleets (such as the KC-46A Pegasus) used to extend the range of combat aircraft for unauthorized strikes.
Conduct Legal Compliance Audits: Parliamentary bodies must immediately review whether current military cooperation violates domestic neutrality laws or constitutional prohibitions against "wars of aggression" (such as Germany’s Basic Law Art. 26).
Uphold International Law: Follow the lead of nations like Switzerland and Spain, which have already restricted their airspace and bases to protect their neutrality and the rule of law.
