Pierce County Ignores Puyallup. Pierce County issued a determination that the proposed warehouse project will not cause significant impacts despite the developer's own study showing nearly 2,000 heavy trucks and 5,000 vehicles will use Shaw Road and nearby Puyallup roads every day.
