Just as what was predicted in my previous statement today, March 18th 2025, the fragile ceasefire has been broken as Israel has carried out many strikes against Palestinian civilians. So far these strikes have killed 419 civilians. Israel has also stopped all aid from entering Gaza, including food, water, medicine and gas. This will ultimately lead to more deaths through hunger or hypothermia. According to the United Nations genocide is defined as acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial, or religious group, such as killing members of the group, causing them serious bodily or mental harm, or imposing conditions of life calculated to bring about their physical destruction. Notice how this is exactly what Israel is doing in Gaza down to the last part where by not letting any aid into Gaza, Israel is actively "imposing conditions of life calculated to bring about their physical destruction." Yet the United States continues to support and ship weapons to Israel, which are being used for murder and mass destruction. Through these actions the US is implying that though the UN is right in any other regard because Palestinians are on the receiving end of this genocide it's okay. This is pure discrimination and it's awful that our Government not only supports but is also complicit in this genocide as they provide the weapons used to kill and unwaveringly support the oppressors who are denying food and water to children. I cannot see this war coming to an end anytime soon so I would like to ask that if you believe that innocents should not be suffering at the hands of our Government, please sign this petition.
