The government needs to stop wasting money on going to mars because mars is lame and boring. Instead the government should invest their money into making teenage mutant ninja turtles. It will be way more efficient by causing crime rates to go down. Which means New York will become very safe and will make LOTS of money even more then they do now from tourist visiting because it is safer.
