Secretary of State Marco Rubio, on May 2, designated Viv Ansanm and Gran Grif as "Foreign Terrorist Organizations" and "Specially Designated Global Terrorists."

"The age of impunity for those supporting violence in Haiti is over," he said. "Haitian gangs, including the Viv Ansanm coalition and Gran Grif, are the primary source of instability and violence in Haiti. They are a direct threat to U.S. national security interests in our region." 

So how can it be okay for TikTok, YouTube and Facebook to allow terrorists to advertise themselves?
