So for an update, my story made it on the news. Unfortunately Rafael didn't show the clips of people speeding by us texting while doing the interviews or anything that would really help this situation. 

The police provided data that was extremely skewed with information saying only 300+ vehicles went by in a 5 day period. 

Its really unfortunate for them that I have cameras and get alerts and I am showing almost that number everyday of the week-Not in a 5 day period. 

The speeding has increased and I even have a video today of a dump truck doing approximately 50 around their mobile speed detector but also passing me on Covington. 

It seems to me that there is some collusion going on here. 

I also have data from the Federal department of transportation that shows even in the 30 mph range when a car hits a pedestrian it's almost always fatal. 

Just hopefully it's not my child or yours..
