Good evening, I wanted to give you guys an update the Mayor of Franklin Steve Barnett has responded to one of my emails. He has basically said they are not putting up a stop sign because they have not witnessed speeding. Even though I have seen vehicles pulled over on Covington. 

I have dozens of videos that I have taken of people speeding down Covington just this weekend alone. 

I'm not sure how he thinks people are not speeding but it also cc'd his legal on his response to me. 

I'm sure he wants them to have it on record when someone gets ran over due to their refusal to do anything about this.
