Thanks for those that have been a witness, for the prayers, the support, the love, and signing this petition. Trial was today of Vivian J. Cole (Plaintiff) vs. Shabria J. Holder (Defendant) and Isaiah D. Johnson (Respondent).
Vivian J. Cole did not receive Grandparent's Rights for Visitation. The state of Illinois does not have Grandparent's Rights for Visitation they just have Grandparent's Visitation. It's the “specifics”, to be “technical” grandparent rights are like parental rights, which is not what we were going for. We were going for Vivian J. Cole to have the right to have grandparents visitation. In order, for Vivian J. Cole, Isaiah D. Johnson, and the family to see all three children. So, due to the fact that Shabria said that she does not want the three children around the Vivian J. Cole, Isaiah D. Johnson, and the family.
