Dallas Police was contacted!

Dear Dallas Police,

I would like your input about the following petition. 

How was Daddyland Dallas 2022 allowed to be held in Dallas? 

Don’t the many statutes related to Sexual Offences and Public Indecency in the Texas Penal Code prevent such an event from happening, where men wear gear with exposed butts and sex happens in public view inside the many venues of the festival? 

When and how did Dallas City allow people to have public orgies?
