Collectors are impacted and paying double or triple price for dolls that just drop. many scalpers are taking advantage of us collectors by having systems in place that guarantee them dolls we want to buy, so that they can just sell them straight away and make enormous profits. 

if things change fans will be happier with mattel and with the products mattel provides. We can access products easier and without the stress. 

if things don’t change fans will get angrier with mattel and fans may give up collecting because it can feel impossible to be able to collect. Fans do not want to pay scalper prices. 

now is the time to act as us fans are continuously expressing our concern as to why we cant get these products, and we keep getting ignored by mattel. we shouldn’t have to wait to checkout our carts when we have the item in our cart. We should be able to buy a doll without the hassle of it selling out straight away.
