SB 1236 was passed under our nose. This bill takes hunting navigable streams in the state of Texas away from everyone. 

Under the navigable stream doctrine, we were able to hunt rivers that met certain requirements and requirements by us as hunters to be responsible in doing so. By losing this we lose more public land that we can hunt. This doctrine and right is the way we have provided food for our family for the last 7 years. 

This bill failed 3 times before it finally went through. We need to stand together as hunters, gun owners, and as Texans!
