Hi everyone,

We just found out work has already started at the proposed development site for LOC2019-0017 (Harvest Hills/Aurora Business Park) — despite the fact that the application is still officially under review and our community meeting is scheduled for next Tuesday.

There is visible activity and even a porta-potty placed on site, raising serious concerns about whether construction or preparation work is being initiated before proper approvals or public consultation have been completed.

This is unacceptable. Residents deserve transparency and respect in the planning process. We urge everyone to stay alert, take photos if you notice new activity, and join the upcoming meeting to voice our concerns about this development and what appears to be premature site work.
