Hi all, I wanted to let you know that I just spent $20 on Spin2 site to get a hold of the historical and current land titles. It turns out the parcel of land was purchased at $900k in 2021 by Crestar Management Limited of 23 Bearspaw Meadows CRT. I am still doing my digging, hoping to find something that can work for our cause.
