Hello,

I am a father of 3. A 17 year old girl I don't get to see, A 12 year old boy and 11 year old girl who both live with me and my wife. For a while now Roblox has been my younger kids favorite game, mostly my son. I’ve never been a big fan of the socialization aspect of the game as I know adults get on these games and try to groom kids. We talk to our kids about what to look out for and to make sure they are only talking to other kids, I know adults can easily make themselves appear younger on a computer and even sound younger over a mic. Roblox is now trying to add a dating feature in this game. Their supposed reasoning is they have a 38% audience in the age groups of 17-23. Even if that is true, adding this feature gives predators more access to our children to groom them at young ages. A completely unnecessary feature, any adult that wants to experience dating can go to any dating app and have at it. I encourage all parents to sign this petition. If it saves 1 child from a predators grasp it did its job. Don’t just let things happen, speak up, voice your opinion and make change happen.
