Reginallis Pizza 66 seat expansion would bring the total seating to 155 seats.  Entirely too large for this very  congested corner. Everyone recognizes our extreme parking problem. The expansion would mean delivery trucks would now block State Street causing  traffic and safety issues.According to data from the Uptown Neighborhood Association, residential property values can decrease by up to 15% in areas with significant parking and traffic issues. The noise from this open air bar will affect neighbors quality of life. We cannot let Reginellis Pizza expansion to introduce these issues to our neighborhood.

In 2012 OWNER DARYL REGINELLI promised ARNA that he would not have a stand up bar if allowed to move across the street. Neighbors agreed to the move. He also promised there would not be a liquor license at his old location which is now picnic whiskey and provisions of which he is an owner.
