The trial of a Codiac Transpo bus driver charged in the death of a pedestrian in Moncton last year resumed on Thursday with testimony from the driver's wife.Heather Pellerin testified her husband, Gary, 59, has been "emotionally disturbed" since Jan. 20, 2012, when Aurore LeBlanc, 46, was struck and killed while crossing the street at the corner of Main and King streets.Pellerin, who is charged with driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act, has been on several medications and his memory is not the same, his wife told the courtroom.http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/new-brunswick/story/2013/06/06/nb-codiac-transpo-pedestrian-trial.html
