A 65-year-old NJ Transit bus driver pleaded not guilty at her arraignment Tuesday in state court to a vehicular homicide charge after she struck and killed a man in Passaic while allegedly driving recklessly.

Passaic resident Catherine Collier entered the not-guilty plea to one count of second-degree vehicular homicide, as well as to motor-vehicle warrants issued from Passaic Municipal Court for reckless driving, failure to observe a traffic signal and failure to yield to a pedestrian at a crosswalk.
