Photograph by: Submitted , For The Province A traffic collision that left a Vancouver woman dead Wednesday evening also brought an end to a 20-year love story that had thrived in spite of serious obstacles. Claire Torio Alejandria, 43, was killed after being hit by a Coast Mountain transit bus while crossing the intersection at Main Street and Terminal Avenue just before 5 p.m. Witnesses allege the driver was running a red light at the time.
