Constitution Of The Republic Of China
Article 141
The foreign policy of the Republic of China shall, in a spirit of independence and initiative and on the basis of the principles of equality and reciprocity, cultivate good-neighborliness with other nations, and respect treaties and the Charter of the United Nations, in order to protect the rights and interests of Chinese citizens residing abroad, promote international cooperation, advance international justice and ensure world peace.
Article 171
Laws that are in conflict with the Constitution shall be null and void. When doubt arises as to whether or not a law is in conflict with the Constitution, interpretation thereon shall be made by the Judicial Yuan.

Listen, I'm not playing games. The constitution of Taiwan requires every person, and every corporation, in Taiwan to advocate for worldwide peace and international human rights. Please forgive my poor Chinese. I'm thankful for help from Google Translate, and the fact that Google Translate will only get better with time.
It does not matter if you we agree or disagree with communism. The only way to solve the communist argument is to understand religion. The idea of eating medicine to change thinking is actually a religion because our spirit thinks, and our spirit is not limited to our physical body (we do continue to think after our body dies, so eating medicine to make us smarter is really nonsense).
Consider depression and the law. People become depressed when they think that they are alone. The only way to permanently solve depression is to find a really big project and devote one's whole life to that project. In that way, communism can actually cure depression, except that most of the world considers communism to be evil. If communism denies people the freedom of religious beliefs, then it is evil. The law ensures that every person continues to have the free will choice to help all other people without harm. The law exists independent of communist and religious beliefs. So, again, we can agree, or disagree, with communism or religion but the law must always serve everyone equally.
Right now, Canada is in major violation of the international code for human rights. Specifically, psychiatrists in Canada are allowed to act like a judge, jury, and executioners. Canadian police accuse individuals of crimes, and arrest the individual. There is no meeting with prosecutors. The individual is imprisoned in a hospital. Psychiatrists write what they want. There is no recording, and the individual cannot defend against psychiatric opinions. The psychiatrist simply writes "this person is delusional because he is guilty and doesn't understand it. A delusional individual is not aware that he is suffering in a delusion. He needs medicine. If he objects to taking medicine, it is more evidence of the delusion. We need to keep the person in the hospital until the person agrees to take the medicine."
You might think that I am deceiving you about Canada. I assure you that I am not. This happened to me on 3 Sept 2012. Police accused me of a criminal offence and arrested me. I spent the next three years trying to argue with psychiatrists. Ten different psychiatrists all supported the first psychiatrists. On 3 July 2015, I asked the court to order the psychiatrist to allow me to record what I say in a mental health assessment. If I speak nonsense, then the psychiatrist is correct. But if the psychiatrists do not respond to my questions and logic, then all psychiatrists are actually committing fraud. I am using the law to correct legal mistakes. In the case of psychiatry, the legal mistake is so large that people do not want to believe it.
The Canadian problem is actually common to most western countries. It is an absolute waste of tax payer funds.
Right now we are in Taiwan. Taiwan has the ability to really promote international justice, but we need to work together.
This news company is refusing to help Taiwan. Taiwan needs a lot of international support to gain recognition as a democratic country. Taiwan does not need to be separate from China, but China does need to respect that Taiwan is its own nation. We cannot help Taiwan if news companies do not put the reputation for Taiwan as their first priority.
I understand this case is very large, and maybe complicated, from your perspective. However, I am here to answer any questions you have. The cases I present to the court have the ability to reach a lot of people. The purpose of every case that I submit to the court is to advertise for Taiwan (and China) internationally. It is actually silly to argue with me because I am only trying to help Taiwan.
My son was born in Taiwan. My wife is Taiwanese. The legal structure of Taiwan is much, much better than the legal structure of Canada. However, most people never consider how they can actually help their country in a real way with their daily jobs. People just don't know how to think about others first.
I was a college professor in Canada in 2012. I decided to market this story to build an international university in Canada. I asked Mormons for help. The Mormons became afraid and, as a result, gave false testimony about me. I spent 3 years imprisoned in Canada because Mormons lied about me. China is actually helping the world because China directly challenges Christian nonsense.
Do you know that Mormons require members not to drink tea? Mormons claim they are following Jesus. Do you think Jesus asked people not to drink tea? Jesus didn't care if people drink tea. Someone quoted Jesus, "It doesn't matter what you put in your month. The things you say will defile you. Your actions and reactions define you."
Mormons, and every Christian church which is not helping me advocate for a sustainable worldwide peace, are twisting a good idea for financial benefit. That's almost as bad as what psychiatrists are doing.
We are going to need to work together. I do not want to involve people or companies in criminal proceedings. However, if a news company is going to be stubborn, and deny its help to Taiwan, then we also have a moral obligation to educate the news company. I believe people, and companies, have the option of paying money instead of going to jail. Please consider this like a parking ticket. If a person parks a car on a public street, they need to pay for the space. Likewise, if a news company parks ideas into the minds of Taiwanese citizens, they are actively controlling the person's thinking. If that news company is not going to help the Taiwanese citizen learn how to help Taiwan, then the news company is directly wasting time. That is the exact same as parking a car on a public street. Let the news company pay for its mistake if they do not help us promote unity using the Canadian argument.
Do I sound confused about who I am? Do you know who you are? What part of you do you think thinks? Do you think your brain thinks, or do you understand that your soul uses your body? If your soul uses your body, then you soul must be a lot smarter than your body... but you can believe that you soul is stupid, if you like. I know that my spirit thinks, and that my thinking spirit uses my body. The dangerous part is my understanding that I share the same spirit with every person alive. This case is a small part of my life, and my entire life is dedicated to helping everyone on our planet achieve a sustainable worldwide peace (without harm).
If the decision is not in my favour, I assure you that the Taiwan Civil Code supports this argument. I can begin a Civil lawsuit against the prosecutor, and simple continue to grow this argument until a different news company accepts this story.
As an example, I am attaching a 29 March 2019 court submission. I began a Civil Court case against a judge, with two lawyers as witnesses. I didn't ask for help to write the argument. I did it entirely by myself. Therefore, the witnesses are legally protected because I accept fully responsibility for my writing.
Future advertising
I am a substitute teacher in Taiwan. In each class, I provide my contact information to students. I will begin a national contest to give away money each month to students who join my LINE group. Do you think students will tell their friends about this crazy idea?

I began criminal proceedings against a university in Taiwan. Next, I will begin Civil Court proceedings. Either the university will partner, or they will pay.
Sesame Street is a very large company in Taiwan. The 29 March 2019 court case (against a judge) directly concerns Sesame Street.
I read the law for fun, and talk to people on the street like a normal person. Everything you can imagine that I can do, if it will help, I can do it. What are you doing to promote worldwide peace?
