Kidsland broke constitutional law on 28 Dec 2017 when it threatened to fire the teacher if Sesame Street clients learn about this story.

The two-year teaching contract was from 1 Aug 2017 to 31 July 2019. It was only valid under constitutional law. Constitutional law allows an innocent person to advocate for international justice. Kidsland currently prevents the teacher from correcting brutal Canadian injustices.

The defence must get louder, more public, because Kidsland insists to hide it. The point of the argument is the contract. The teacher claims that Kidsland voided the contract. No legal contract existed on 20 Jan 2018. The teacher was fired the next working day.

This is a warning to the Tainan City District Court Judge. The judge will decide on 18 Jan 2019 whether the teacher or Kidsland broke the Sesame Street contract.

The teacher told 江佩樺女士 (Ms._Clare_Chiang) that he will fail the check on 20 May 2017 (transcript time 1:07:28). At the meeting (transcript time 1:08:28), Ms. Clare Chiang replied, "So you can have the ARC (alien resident card)?" Thereafter another Kidsland manager said, about hiring the teacher, (time 1:08:29) "So you're a criminal." AND THEN (1:08:45) "We are totally fine, but we need to figure that out, how to (circumvent the law)."

Does that constitute a valid contract in Taiwan? Will The Tainan City Government allow its court to set a new precedent for publicly defying national laws? Time will tell what The Taiwan Government chooses for future news headlines. This story is beyond ridiculous and nonsense is eternally unpredictable.
