A church minister and his treasurer are the antagonists because they lied about Rene to police to hide other crimes of their church. The church is The International Mormon Community Of Christ. It's a big story. The charity is called Talk To Dream. It's a New Goal Day charity. The school it seeks to build will be the only official school to graduate certified teachers for A Course In Miracles. It will certify teachers to teach that book, and it will do more. It will be a free school for students to attend, and it will guarantee employment of students after they graduate for as long as they remain teachers of A Course In Miracles. A Mormon Community Of Christ minister, Matthew Swain, and his treasurer, Natalie Yewchyn (now called Natalie.Kelloway who works @ cbre.com) invented a false story about Rene. City Of Barrie police, in Ontario, Canada, believed that Rene was causing them to fear for their safety. In truth, they simply didn't believe Rene. Rene is the first graduate global graduate from A Course In Miracles. A Course In Miracles certifies that a peaceful solution to any problem always exists. A graduate from A Course In Miracles is willing to demonstrate to the world that "any problem" and "every problem" are the same. A Course In Miracles really teaches that a peaceful solution to every problem on earth really exists. The Mormon business was accepting money from people to teach them about a God but not a God that can really help worldwide peace. The minister claimed Rene was only pretending to be a Christian and, and the treasurer called Rene delusional. Of course, the church had to change the story a bit more. A 4 Sept 2012 police report says that Rene caused Natalie to fear for her safety. The police even suggested that Rene was making bombs in the basement of his mother's house. They needed something to justify a charge against a teacher who is writing a book to market a charity to build an awesome school. The police arrested Rene, charged Rene, and put Rene into a hospital. Rene didn't receive a trial. Natalie said that she never wanted anything to do with Rene. Rene could have submitted dozens of emails from Natalie, many inviting Rene to her house. Doctors called Rene delusional. They thought Rene was inventing the whole story. They said that he suffered a love obsession. They believed Rene was creating a false reality is his head. Unfortunately, Rene was a college teacher who was actively promoting A Course In Miracles to build that school for the book. Rene told the Canadian Charities Directorate that he would do it on 5 May 2012. Rene continued writing while he was at the hospital from 3 Sept to 30 Oct 2012. The hospital was Royal Victoria Regional Healthcare Centre (RVH) in Barrie. It's not that small. It's actually a large hospital by international standards. Doctors injected Rene because they wanted Rene to stop writing. Rene was writing about doctors and nurses at that point. One doctor, chief psychiatrist Anjana Chawla, eventually bribed Rene to release Rene from the forced injections. The charge this time is "Libel", never mind that Rene did actually write the Chinese statements. Wenzao University, 文藻外語大學, did, with permission of its author to use her name: 吳佩蓉 (Linda). When Rene tried to charge Anjana Chawla in 2014, a justice of the peace was honest. He told Rene that the lawyers would not permit the charge. They would drop the charge. After they drop it, Rene cannot use the evidence in court for another charge, later. Rene is learning about the legal system by living it. Rene posted information for the charge on the internet in 2014. For it, self-professed Ontario Provincial Police officer Tamara Williamson, had Rene arrested! At that point, it was a third arrest for this same story. Canada advertises only its beauty to people. This story shows how absolutely rotten Canada is. To be honest, a pile of fresh human feces smells better than the legal structure Canada calls "fair". The book that Rene is writing is about people's actions. It uses real names, real events, and real places. Everything in the book is true. The story started when a church minister and his treasurer decided to commit perjury. The story shows that people need to work together and solve their problems together. We are currently in Taiwan. Kidsland Sesame Street owns 12 private schools in Tainan City. Taiwan is legally The Republic Of China. So China is involved. If lawyers in Taiwan make too many mistakes, mainland China, The People's Republic Of China, can legally claim Taiwan in international court. Taiwan has a choice to help Rene restore justice. The vice president of Kidsland is choosing poorly. If Taiwan prosecutors choose poorly, Rene will seek partnership to ensure The People retain control over The Republic. Rene hopes Taiwan will not choose that option. Taiwan is becoming Mormon Christian, and Mormons don't tell the people "seek God without money and FIND all the help you will ever need is already with you." Kidsland vice president Clare Chiang is trying to sue Rene. She claims that Rene is ruining her reputation. Actually, Clare is ruining her own reputation because Clare can decide to work with Rene at any time. Rene has only been explaining the law to Clare. The law is in place to ensure justice. Justice is fair for all, because it supports The People. Lawyers do not want a bigger headache. When lawyers see their names in a book about crimes, and see that they are breaking the law, they usually stop helping. Let's stop that from happening. Rene does have an international right, and obligation, to continue to record the crimes of public officials in Taiwan. Lindsay called her husband Rene mentally ill for the last time on, 26 May 2018. She added, "But you've already brainwashed me into believing that everyone is mentally ill." Rene clarified that Rene cannot be mentally ill if he is able to show how people suffer from their own delusions about reality. And Lindsay cannot be mentally ill because she understands that Rene and Lindsay share the SAME reality. Canadian lawyers refused to follow the real and written laws in Canada. Lindsay lived that part of the story with Rene. She typed thousands of pages. Rene was in jail for almost 3 years. He sent her letters continuously. Lindsay typed the letters and tried to talk to the lawyers and doctors in Canada. It sounds absolutely crazy, but it really happened. No one believed Rene that a church minister and his treasurer were actually lying about Rene. Rene is writing the full story for a dissertation in Experimental Psychology. The story should be awarded, at the very least, an honorary doctorate degree. The story reveals the extent to which people live in their own fantasy, while sharing one common reality, one mind. Rene is including several articles to help different parts of science. Kidsland published an article from Rene that contained a novel Astrophysics concept. Rene would like to publish it with is dissertation, in the part for science. Unfortunately, Kidsland did not give Rene credit. Furthermore, Kidsland published the article after terminating agreement with Rene. Kidsland did not have permission to publish the article. Thereafter, Kidsland vice president Clare Chiang charged Rene. This tells Rene that Kidsland will likely pursue Rene in court once his story is awarded funding from Canada. To prevent this, Rene needs to press charges against Kidsland now. As the reader will see, Taiwan authorities have actually prevented Rene from doing this. Kidsland published the article in the book for its Winter Camp 2018 program. The article was around pages 21 and 22, the subject was Solar Power. Kidsland used the article to earn money from the parents of students that Rene had taught. Rene had presented two articles. The first satisfied his contract commitment. The Solar Power article was something extra that he did on his own time because manager Stacy liked the way he presented multiple ideas easily to kids. On 26 May 2018, Lindsay thought that Rene wants to fight with Kidsland. Lindsay corrected her misunderstanding when she added, "No. They were afraid that people wouldn't understand." Kidsland managers refused to help Rene. Rene asked managers to let Rene explain to parents why he has a criminal record in Canada. Clare didn't want parents to know. Clare didn't understand. If Clare would help parents understand, then parents would support the school. That would help Kidsland because parents would also share the story. More parents would then call Kidsland. Kidsland could get more students. Instead, Clare decided to remove support and, via the truly legal-balancing nature of life, support is removed from her. We can prevent this karma. However, she is living in a fantasy reality at the moment. Therefore, Clare is suffering within a psychosis, a personally-created and maintained delusion. Someone needs to remind her what the word "common" means when they tell her, "It's COMMON sense to work together." Legally, Kidsland mangers are mentally ill while they claim to work together but are not actually willing to show people that they are also willing to follow the law. That's a difficult idea to understand, but it's accurate. Remember, the law comes first from God. The laws we write can change, but God's does not. The contract that Rene had with Kidsland required Kidsland to offer Rene the ability to provide a criminal record check, which Kidsland never did. Kidsland did not require Rene to provide the check. In fact, manager Denise emailed Rene on 26 May 2017 to say that Rene would not need to provide the check. National Taiwan law required Rene to provide the check, but Kidsland did not. Since Rene understands the law better than most lawyers, Rene understood that Kidsland did nothing wrong to change the contract. But the ability to provide the check is part of the basic agreement if the agreement is honest. An honest contract helps people to work better together. Kidsland broke the law on 22 January 2018. Rene did not begin the attack on Kidsland. Kidsland began the attack on Kidsland when they refused to help Rene. Clare told the Tainan Labor Officer that she fired Rene on 25 Jan. 2018. Actually, Rene was told not to come to work on 22 January 2018 after working for free on Saturday, January 20th, 2018. Clare told Rene that he needs to submit a criminal record check on 24 April 2018. Clare forgot to add the words, "I believe" in front of that she was asking because what she was asking was legally incorrect. Rene shared the idea of this book with Kidsland vice president Clare Chiang on 20 May 2017. On 26 May 2017, Clare agreed to enter the story. Clare decided to hide the fact that Rene was in jail. That part is not wrong. She accepted responsibility for helping Rene correct his criminal record. She broke the law when she fired Rene without at least letting Rene offer a legal way to keep Rene employed as a teacher. Kidsland hired Rene as a teacher on 26 May 2017. Rene began work on 1 August 2017. The two-year contract was supposed to end on 31 July 2019. Rene is now legally entitled to the full pay for the entire remaining contract period. However, a school should not be allowed to break the law. Rene asks The Republic Of China government to revoke the operating licence of Sesame Street Kidsland if they continue to refuse to work together with Rene. There is much work to be done. The charge of Slander applies to managers Clare, Stacy, and Denise. The parents of students were led to believe that Rene is mentally ill. Kidsland did not correct the idea. Instead, they fired Rene. They prevented Rene from correcting his good name. That is exactly what Slander is. Kidsland knew that Rene went to jail in Canada to write his book. After Rene was released from the hospital in 2012, Rene became more aggressive about justice. The police in Canada were defending for a lie. They did not give Rene a trial. Rene tried and tried to receive a fair hearing in Canada, until, finally, Rene was declared so mentally ill that Gunter Wolfgang Lorberg gave Rene a permanent disability pension! Kidsland illegally attempted to prevent Rene from advertising this story. That resulted in more lying. Kidsland has needed to lie to cover the fact that they broke national Taiwan law. They told Rene that he didn't need to submit a criminal record check on 26 May 2017. Then they used it as an excuse and tried to fire Rene for it. Legally, they had to help Rene because they accepted responsibility for it. On 26 Dec. 2017, Rene began the petition at http://talk2dream.com . On 28 Dec. 2017, manger Stacy told Rene to come for a 10:30 a.m. meeting or he would be fired. They wanted Rene's wife to attend the meeting as well! Rene told his wife to go to work instead. The meeting was not paid and not part of the contract. In fact, manager Denise threatened Rene at the meeting. If Rene continued to advertise his story, they would fire him. Rene had less than a day and was not paid. Rene was fired the next day. He was told not to come to work for 22 January 2018. Clare told Rene on 24 April 2018, at a mediation meeting, why Rene was fired. Clare said that he didn't have a criminal record check. She also said she would be willing to hire Rene back if he could show that he can work at Kidsland. Clare lied at the mediation. Rene is legally able to work for Kidsland without providing a criminal record check. Rene can perform contract marketing services that are not part of teaching students. Rene can do much more. Clare does not want Rene to share his story with parents. This is the problem. Rene needs greater attention for this matter. It is the only way to solve it. Clare decided to try to stop Rene. She went to the police to press the charge of "Libel" against Rene. Rene met Tainan City First Police Precinct Inspector Wu on 7 May 2018 about the charge. Inspector Wu was not interested in listening to Rene. In fact, he openly ignored the context of the charge. This is exactly how the story has grown for the past 7 years from a single lie in Canada. Right now, Rene is offering Taiwan prosecutors the choice to continue this crazy story, or, to help Rene to end it. All court records are public. Rene is able to help end religious arguments about God all over the world. We need to advertise this story. Rene expects to have his dissertation available for publishing within weeks. Rene is writing a story to win The Nobel Peace Prize. Here is the current part: On 7 May 2018, police inspector 吳宗諭 (Officer Wu) was in a hurry to do his job. Kidsland vice president 江佩樺 (Clare Chiang) did not tell the whole story. She left out the part where she made an agreement with Rene, then broke it, then shut Rene out. Because she misled police, she did directly commit perjury as well as obstruct justice. On 7 May 2018, Officer Wu asked Rene, repeatedly, "Do you know what you did is illegal in Taiwan?" The question implies guilt. The question is wrong. Officer Wu, therefore, either doesn't know the law or is prejudice in his execution of authority. Rene said he wanted to talk to a lawyer. Officer Wu said that he will give Rene four hours. Rene thought that Officer Wu meant four hours that afternoon in which to call and contact a lawyer and finish the discussion. Rene has no idea how the legal system in Taiwan operates. Rene later repeated the request for a lawyer to Officer Wu. Officer Wu told Rene that he would have to hire one. Rene explained that Rene does not have a job, has no income in Taiwan, and cannot afford to pay a lawyer. Officer Wu never told Rene that there is a Legal Aid Foundation in Taiwan. Rene discovered that on 23 May 2018, after Kaohsiung police told Rene that it is better for him to visit The District Prosecutor's Office directly. The Prosector's Office asked Rene to visit the Legal Aid Foundation. Rene visited The Legal Aid Foundation and was shocked to discover that Officer Wu could have let Rene see a lawyer before trying to have Rene admit to guilt. Officer Wu was legally obligated to HELP Rene, a foreigner, navigate the law in Taiwan. Instead, the translator, Sophie Lin, which Officer Wu provided, who apparently works upstairs in the First Tainan Police Station, laughed at Rene when Rene wanted to press charges against Kidsland. Both Officer Wu and the translator told Rene that they will help Rene press charges against Kidsland when they are done their meeting on 7 May 2018. When the meeting finished, Rene insisted to press charges. Sophie told Rene that he had to know the name of the charge. Rene asked Sophie for a list of the definitions of the charges so that he could give Sophie the exact name. Sophie laughed hard. Officer Wu stayed silent. The information Officer Wu is attempting to use against Rene actually contains multiple charges against Kidsland. If Officer Wu chooses to close his eyes to crimes from Kidsland, he is liable for charges in international courts. Furthermore, a normal person cannot be expected to know the exact name of a charge unless it is first taught to them. Sophie refused to teach Rene what he needed to know to satisfy her condition before being wiling to help Rene press charges. Here is a list of 17 things that police inspector Wu did that were against the due process for fairness on 7 May 2018. He began by trying to have Rene admit guilt when Rene is actually not guilty, "Do you know what you did is illegal in Taiwan?" Compelling an accused individual to admit guilt is ILLEGAL in international court, Rene implores the reader to note number 18: 2) no definition of the charge was provided; 3) a lawyer was requested, but not provided, nor was Rene informed how to obtain a free counsel; 4) the charge was incorrectly translated (Slander is spoken; libel is written); 5) Officer Wu intentionally took statements out of context; 6) Officer Wu is ignoring legal infractions of Kidsland; 7) Officer Wu assumed true statements* to be the offence of Libel, which he called Slander; *the law must provide that a true statement is not a statement intended to harm but to heal, to fix. 8) Officer Wu presumed guilt; 9) Translator Sophie laughed at a request for information to charge Kidsland (after assuring that she and Wu would help to press charges); 10) Officer Wu did not help to press charges, and therefore actively denied a human right; 11) Officer Wu asked, "How do you feel?" for his own courtroom protection. The conversation had been about Africa. Africa chose to accept money from China instead of Taiwan. Lindsay had recounted the news to say, "We are happy that we don't have to pay Africa anymore" and then added a technically incorrect mental justification to convince herself that the statement was true, when it fact it is not. Rene and Lindsay talked more about it. She said, "Africa can only choose one. And they chose China." Rene replied, "If China offers more resources, I would choose China too. But that doesn't mean that I wouldn't also choose Taiwan. I understand how Africa can choose both. If Africa is not willing to help itself choose both, then you can say 'African officials do not deserve money from Taiwan because they are not actively promoting true worldwide peace with an end to arrogant arguments for personal power.' or something like that." Understanding is a real-time agreement. We can choose to work together NOW, or we can continue to argue about it. Rene is betting that he'll drive multiple lawyers crazy before this case is given the official green light: "Go for partnership." Rene thinks that if two people want to work together, they can find an agreement outside of court and not bother the court. The Bible says that in Matthew 5:25. Dear lawyers: Kidsland now has The Choice to go to court. Prosecutors are lawyers. The prosecutor for Kidsland has the choice to allow Rene to call teacher Andrew onto the stand. Rene is legally obligated to call any witness that can demonstrate the statements in question as being true. If lawyers are looking out for the best interests of their clients, the prosecutor will not allow Kidsland to destroy its own reputation in court. Kidsland will destroy its own reputation in court if Rene is let to call teacher Andrew to the stand. Teacher Andrew has a black belt in Karate. He arrived in Taiwan from Japan, though he himself holds a Canadian passport. His previous teaching experience consisted of teaching Karate. His hobby had been arranging marketing venues for establishments in Toronto, Canada. Andrew is highly charismatic, which is a common characteristic of sociopaths. Another common characteristic is doing things for people without their permission. For example, in the teaching demonstration of 20 Jan 2018, Andrew interfered with the teaching process of teacher Rene. The public may not recognize it, however, Rene did and will point it out in court. Thereafter, the demonstration also becomes part of the official public record because then Clare will become an official idiot. Teacher Andrew will not want to admit to further questions that Rene will ask in court. We will begin with why teacher Andrew thought he was permitted to use his contracted teaching preparation time to arrange a marketing venue for The Bird (an age 18+ club in Tainan). Andrew alleged that he would receive money from entrance fees to the event. Teacher Clare may not have any idea what actually happens in the 3rd floor teacher office. It is the only office with a broken camera. The broken camera has a picture in front of it, put there by other foreigners specifically to hide things from Clare. To market for The Bird, Andrew used Kidsland staff in the 3rd floor office of the Kidsland's main school to establish the talent of different D.J.s (disc jockeys). Andrew shared videos. The videos of D.J.s that Andrew discussed and shared were ALL VERY sexually provocative and certainly had nothing to do with anything a teacher should be thinking about in the hours designated to prepare materials to teach grade 1 and 2 students. At one point, Andrew shone especially bright sharing exploits of a marketing video that he was also making. It involved at least two women nude, or nearly nude, the night before. It was sexual. Now, in fairness, not all the videos that Andrew shared were sexual. Only his marketing video and the videos of D.J.s were sexual; however, one youtube video in the class preparation time led to another. The videos from comedians sharing lewd jokes were equally inappropriate for anyone under age 18. Rene wrote Kidsland earlier that he would have Clare fire Andrew unless Andrew evidenced to Rene that Andrew is also willing to market for Kidsland. Rene will hire Andrew should he be fired over this from Kidsland. Kidsland will then need to make a renewed agreement with Rene. Clare is equally deserving of being fired from Kidsland, especially if this case is let to make a bigger fool of her. She can come work for Rene as well, after a new agreement with Rene is made. Failing a new agreement between Rene and Kidsland, prosecutors are advised that Rene seeks to revoke the operating licence of Kidsland. The reasons are simple. Parents of students enrolled at Sesame Street Kidsland are not able to trust a dishonest business, and, Kidsland managers are demonstrated to be mentally ill while they are arguing about wanting to work together. Clare accused Rene of making false statements. In an honourable court of law, Rene must be given the opportunity to demonstrate that each statement is indeed true. This will ruin the reputation of Sesame Street Taiwan AND Kidsland. If Rene is not given fair opportunity to make a legal defence, for which this all serves, there is grounds for a human rights case against Taiwan. If a human rights case against Taiwan is presented to the international court, then China can legitimately claim that the 9 dissidents from China which Taiwan is protecting on human rights grounds, are in need of investigation. The legal headache that prosecutors in Taiwan will have is limitless. This is a limitless story. We either work together to end it, or you let your headache compound a bit more until you realize that you have no choice but to work with Rene together, like in a loving timelessly-renewed marriage of active daily choices to promote this story, and your names how you chose them to be portrayed. The story is in need of silent helpers, and loud-mouth marketers called negative news feeds. There are at least 25 direct statements that Kidsland should not allow Rene to demonstrate, publicly, as being true. Kidsland is the real news story. The joke will be the prosecutors who should just have charged Clare Chiang for wasting the court's time. Alternatively, we can help Rene to advertise his dissertation for worldwide peace through Taiwan news agencies IN A GOOD WAY, and with agreement. We do not need to defame a single Taiwanese individual. The current dissertation copy is directly against Canada for seven-hundred million Canadian dollars seed-capital to build an international knowledge-sharing university in Canada AND the only official school on the planet to certify teachers for A Course In Miracles. Rene hopes for the alternative, so that court proceedings can be abruptly and legally halted with the arrest of Clare Chiang if she does not agree to the above terms.
