Boots made 100+ new signers.
Our group went for a neighborhood walk. We met with our neighbors in SRH, Sylvan shores, Riva farms, Cambria, some of Annapolis Landing and Berkshire. In total, 400 flyers were handed out. These efforts yielded 150 additional local signatures for the petition. Most of our neighbors committed to being at the meeting at Mike’s and committed to wearing RED. During our conversations many were angry, and all are concerned.
Meeting
Please remember to attend the meeting on February 20, at 7 pm at Mike’s Crab house. We will be there and hope to learn more about the plan for “Michael’s” gambling venue. If your neighbors aren't aware please let them know. If you would like to show support for our shared concerns please wear RED at the meeting. I suspect there will be many at the meeting. Too many to express each of our individual concerns civilly. We all need to hear the questions and answers. If you attend please give everyone an equal voice.
