Met with Senate and Delegate Offices.
Myself and legal counsel returned to the MD Senate and Delegate Houses. We met, again, with the COS for Senators Gile, and Elfreth and Delegates Howard and Schmidt, and provided them with updated petition numbers. Legal counsel expressed our concerns regarding the improper adherence to procedure, during yesterday’s SWARC meeting. We were grateful for their advice, and will continue to raise our concerns to higher levels. This is made difficult due to the recent change in administration. We will persevere.
Conceptual Design
“...Michaels…” has posted the conceptual design of their facility, and the types of kiosks to be used. Please review it. There are 11 betting kiosks, 24 TVs and a VIP lounge. I look forward to hearing their intended use for it. The design appears to emphasize a stay-and-play atmosphere. Which continues to raise concerns for traffic burden.

Meeting
