Biden has stepped down, and Kamala Harris is the new probable Democrat nominee for President of the United States of America. Harris as a real and legitimate chance of winning, which makes the person she picks for her own Vice Presidential running mate of utmost importance. 

One of her top choices for VP pick is Josh Shapiro, governor of Pennsylvania. 

An argument that Shapiro is the best choice has been presented because of his position in Pennsylvania, an important swing state who could help decide the election. 

Unfortunately, Shapiro has two glaring problems:

1. He's a staunch Zionist and supporter of Israel, which is currently performing a genocide in Gaza. It's created an estimated 180,000 deaths in Gaza with plans to destroy the entire population and claim the land for Israel.
2. He's also under investigation for covering up a sex scandal on his watch, which if true makes him a terrible choice to run under a female Presidential candidate.

Shapiro as a running mate not only will be a great injustice to these causes, but will also jeopardize huge portions of Harris' voting base to lose all the enthusiasm we've seen since the start of her campaign. 

We only have August 19th, where her nominee is officially picked and announced at the Democrat National Convention, and then unable to be changed. Please sign this petition to insist she choose someone more qualified to serve the entire American public.
