The problem, Police are currently Trained and Authorized to Shoot and Kill Civilians Beloved Dogs on Their own Property for Moving or Barking. Dogs Bark and Protect Their Families Since FOREVER! Please Kinds Sirs put an End to This. This is a terrible idea and will only cause people to hate Police. Law Enforcement Should have to be charged and bitten before shooting. Most times an animal is bluffing and will not Bite. Surely some other method, a spray, kick to nose, taser, Shin Guards for Officers, anything is better than this! In some cases Police are chasing Dogs into basements, and Killing them, in Homes with Children. Imagine the Trauma caused to these Children in these homes. What will they grow up of thinking of Police? This again is Horrific and shouldn't be what is currently Taught and Encouraged by the Poor Decision of this Court. Please help Change this.
