I feel like my last update may not of been very clear. I wanted to make this update to elaborate on some of the points that were made.

The court case that took place 7th October 2020 in my opinion and in the opinion of many others was not a fair trial. He had a lawyer. She didn’t have a lawyer. She wasn’t allowed to speak without his lawyer objecting.

I am sure you can all understand that going to a court case can be very stressful and difficult.    I hope that everyone will be able to take into consideration that during the time leading up to the court case he was living alone, he had no cats to take care off. She had cats to look after. A lot of her time and energy was used up looking after the cats- some of which have special needs and need full time care and attention. He was staying in a hotel. A hotel with working internet, electrics that were safe to use, a hotel with no mould,no damp, no toxins and no fleas. He has known for years about the problems in the house. He has refused to do anything about them.  He had the internet in the house switched off- the person who come out to look at the internet after the trail confirmed this. She wasn’t able to search for a lawyer due to not having internet, not having time and she didn’t have money to pay for a lawyer since all of her money had been spent of things for the cats, cat food, litter, medication and any small amount left would of been used to buy food and pay bills.

I hope that everyone will also be able to understand that she wouldn’t off been able to think clearly, she would of been very stressed not only because of the above reasons but because he was very abusive towards her. He abused her in every way possible. He is unpredictable and dangerous. She is frightened of him. The cats are frightened of him. She also have severe ptsd as well as other mental and physical health conditions which combined with the stress and effects of being abused/going through Domestic violence makes it even harder to think.

It is not an option for her to move out and leave her cats behind. He will not look after them. He will most likely kill them. He has said on several occasions that they should just be left to die. If she moved out and left them with him he would abuse, torture and kill them. He would do that to hurt her- he knows how much the cats mean to her and he will do Anything to hurt her.

I would also like to say he has threatened several times to kick her out and make her homeless. She will not survive being homeless. It’s so important and urgent that the cats get adopted and she can get to a place of safety away from him. She won’t survive because she is sick. Some of the cats would not survive because they are sick. She doesn’t have a car. The only place she could be is literally sleeping outside on the streets- it is a death sentence. There stress and terror of being on the streets would kill the cats. There is just no way any of them would survive. There would be no way to carry around all the cat food and cat litter.

She is still renting from the abuser.  I hope everyone can understand how urgent this situation is.
