Pennsylvania paves the way!!!

Pennsylvania has OFFICIALLY passed a bill that now recognizes pets as family members NOT property! This is a MONUMENTAL step in the efforts to change laws across the Country. Please continue to step up, sign, share and do your part to make this a reality for everyone...in all states throughout the United States.
