Hello all! It has been a while since an update so I wanted to get some information out to you. Things have been relatively quiet from the town but it does seem like the council is seriously questioning some of the changes the developer has made.
At the last meeting many questions were asked about lot sizes and setbacks. If those items are negotiated it will decrease the total density of the development which aligns heavily with our goals.
The next meeting is Tuesday, August 9th at 6p. The last few meetings have been lightly attended and I must stress that that sends a message that we're losing interest. If you want to be most impactful be at the meeting or at least join on Zoom.
Call the council, let them know what you'd want to see, and keep letting them know in a polite way.
