Urgent Update: Public Submissions Open Tomorrow

The public submission period for the Montefiore Seniors development opens tomorrow, 23 July 2026. 

From tomorrow, all documents relating to the proposal will be available on the NSW Government Planning Portal: https://www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/major-projects/projects/montefiore-seniors-housing-st-ives

This is an important opportunity for our community to have its voice heard. Submissions close on Wednesday, 5 August 2026, so please make a submission if you can. 

To make the process as easy as possible, we are preparing a step-by-step guide, and a submission template will be available within the next week.
