We as a people must demand respect from business owners we patronize. We shouldn’t have to demand it but the actions of some requires us too. Otto’s Kitchen & Comfort owners verbally assault many who patronize their business.
Most incidents occur simply because of a customer right to complain. Just recently one of the owners posted a very disturbing video to social media.
In the video she proudly says “ IF YOU or YOUR loved one” has been victimized by her or her staff members dial 1-800-we don’t fukn care and stop acting like a stupid b@@@@.
THIS can not be ignored, it can not be excused!
Please help by letting the owners know they must make a PUBLIC APOLOGY.
this world experiences hate everyday. We should not be paying to experience hate!
Please also sign requesting “BEST OF THE BERKSHIRES” revokes her certificate post haste. Her attitude is showing she does not represent the best of the Berkshires…. Or the best of anything.
Many in the world choose to show love and peace. We must choose to be kind to one another. After the owner of breakfast eatery posted the traumatizing video, she then rallied up her many supporters to target the individual who made the complaint.
It is our hopes that this business owners complete a Conflict Resolution Training, practice understanding Privilege and System of Power, cultural competence training and Prove by their changed practices They will be good neighbors.
