My mother in law has used agencies and people to do her bidding. While traumatizing us further in Texas, she used aps(adult protective services) police (welfare checks) cps and ems to "check on us" at times up to 5 agencies in a day. We moved to be closer to her and she continues to harass us with false allegations and slander. She has now taken my husband and became his payee for his disability check leaving us to need to move once again. We have not got to speak to him at her hand for weeks and im afraid he feels abandoned. She has not once stopped threatening "legal" action & demeaning me in front of health care professionals. I feel forced to divorce from him now because of the havoc she has wreaked in our marriage. I do not even feel safe in my own home any more because I live alone and don't believe in fighting my battles in a courtroom in order to be heard, but rather integrally using arbitration as a means to an end for conflict resolution. I use my voice as an instrument. She has taken all support my husband has deserved over this time and attempted to mentally manipulate them in order to serve her own fabricated stories and blantant lies. I'm making this petition for everyone's sake so that others can stand for the constitution, medical freedom and parental rights. Noone should feel alone and subjected to a clearly flawed, traumatizing and broken system. Noone should be overlooked. Noone should be scared to lose their God given rights / legacy. Noone should live in fear by over stepping agencies that threaten to have more power than any due process. Anyone who knows a good parent when they see one should be willing to take a stand. I was a nanny for over 12 years and now solely an Abeka homeschooling mom. It is in God alone we trust and take shelter.

We do not stand as U.S. citizens but free agents who take refuge in GOD most high,YHVH!
