CROSSROADS WE ENCOUNTERED 

Council has advised, more like looking for a way out, that they want an address for every signatory otherwise they won’t accept the petition, which is in contrast with even the federal petition requirements for electronic signatures on petitions. 

We are working on a way to get this collected and may request Change.Org to communicate with signatories and request permission for addresses to be released with permission from all signatories to allow us to share those with Council.

It looks like we would be seeing this DA finally be discussed this coming month or next. So we need to act pretty quickly with this.
