The danger persists, but ALLAH is the greater and ALLAH Almighty is with us.
On the occasion of Children's Day in Canada (Orange day) and the great attention given to every child:
I would like to update the information regarding the case of my three children (ages 6, 12, and 14).
When Canadians wear orange T-shirts and chant that every child matters, it is obvious that the word every includes every child living on Canadian soil. Naturally, this includes Muslim children without any discrimination.
It is also widely recognized that the highest goal of Canadian law is the best interest of the child—or at least, that's how it should be. But the question is: when some people in positions of power violate the laws in inhumane and illegal ways, who is behind all this manipulation, twisting the laws to serve their agenda? And what is their goal?
Judge Tobin was removed after his final ruling that acquitted (innocence) me of the charge of child abduction from Kuwait, and his confirmation of the father’s lies, lack of credibility, and his violence towards the children and me. I demand that Judge Hassan be assigned to my case to avoid any injustice towards me and my children by Judge Sah or any other judge who previously supported her and her unjust actions before the trial related to the alleged child abduction. These previous rulings regarding the children, from the previous judges who returned to my file, have raised significant doubt and concern about a plan to take the children away from me, with the possibility of losing contact with them even inside Canada—ALLAH forbids. I insist that my case hearings be held before the honorable Judge Hassan, until the end of this matter.
While we received full support from the federal government to facilitate the renewal of my permanent residency and return to Canada with my Canadian Two Children, in addition to my little daughter (to protect myself and my children) after the immense injustice we faced in Kuwait at the hands of my ex-husband and his high-ranking friends in the Kuwaiti government, we are now facing injustice again in Canada from racists (against Muslim women who wear the niqab and hold specific beliefs). It seems that this does not sit well with certain parties, who (during the final court hearing) made explicit and clear statements, saying, "The mother's religion is dangerous for the children, and the court, represented by the judge, must protect the children from the father's abuse outside of Canada, and from the mother's faith inside Canada." !!!!!!!! What justice, and what respect for human rights, to practice one's religion, beliefs, and maintain one's identity with Islamic dress, language, and faith!!!!! Oh justice!!!!!
My dear sisters and brothers residents of Canada (a just country that respects its laws and does not tolerate injustice or fraud, even if the fraudsters hold positions of power).... It's not just the children whose stories we have heard, those who were taken away from their families (the Indigenous peoples), who suffered and were at risk of having their religion and identity changed, which led to something even worse—the loss of their lives. But now, every child is also at risk of being taken away from their family overnight through deceptive means by those who love and care for them and are dedicated to their best interest!
Today, I share some words, which will soon be supported by more details through this website, to raise awareness about the danger of manipulation targeting Muslim families in Canada by untrustworthy, dishonest, and incompetent individuals who hold positions, specifically in Canadian courts, to twist the law in deceitful ways. They are methodically preparing to achieve their goal of taking Muslim children from their mothers and families—not due to the mother's violence, as they falsely claim, but for vile purposes that were pre-planned to destroy the bonds of the Muslim family (even though this is undoubtedly against the child's best interest).
It's not just my children who are at great risk of being deprived, not only of their mother, but also of their religion, beliefs, and identity (ALLAH forbids)... Every child is at risk if we don't put an end to those who exploit and manipulate the law because of their power and positions in court.
I firmly believe in the words of ALLAH: "Say, nothing will happen to us except what God has decreed for us." And there is also a lesson for us in the details of the story of Prophet Moses, peace be upon him, and his upbringing in the house of his enemy, the tyrant Pharaoh. If the deceivers in Canada succeed in dispersing my children among families aiming to erase their identity and beliefs—ALLAH forbids—I say, "Everything for a believer is good." Perhaps our Lord wants to use my descendants, in their righteousness and faith, to defeat the oppressors (the Pharaohs of this era). But my plea, oh ALLAH, is that You protect them with Your sleepless eye and Your unchallengeable justice and not let me witness anything that would make me weep over my children. Oh ALLAH, do not let the oppressors succeed in separating me from my children or us from each other. Do not give them any power over us.
New details will soon be released regarding the return of the unjust and racist judge (Kiran Sah) to my case, and details about the new children's attorney, whose appointment I do not know how it was made, and who is involved in the same conspiracy as the previous lawyer to deprive me of my children. Additionally, the actions of a court employee (whose background and backers I do not know) have prevented me from submitting my case files to the court in the proper way to avoid my right of defense before the court.
I ask that you share our story and support it by signing if you haven't done so already! Not just for my children or for the Muslim children who were previously taken from their families on false accusations that their parents were neglectful and abusive... but for the sake of your descendants as well. Even if they're not your children, your grandchildren may face similar dangers surrounding us at any time. May ALLAH protects you and your loved ones from all harm.
