Trial Results... And we will continue the process for the custody and decision -making responsibilit

Yesterday, February 16, 2024, the Trial Judge released the order to dismiss the Father's requests to return the children to Kuwait under his Kuwaiti Orders granted after deported us from Kuwait in 2021.

However, the risk of taking the children from me is still valid by the untrustworthy people who tried during the trial to take the children from the mother inside Canada by claiming that she is ineligible to keep them under her caregiver by using many false excuses, some of them by the OCL that the mother's religion is barrier on the children's safety, and other claiming that the mother did not comply orders in Canada. Despite the false allegations against the mother, she was able to provide the evidence against the Lawyers themselves! Unfortunately, the judge did not listen to a woman wears veil and considered the evidence about the credibility of the oppose Lawyers is improper right. 

Although I did not make any illegal steps before leaving Kuwait, now, the Lawyers in Canada wants to consider some issues in Kuwait to impact that of the custody inside Canada! 

It was clear to me during the trial the intention of taking the children from me in Canada. Now, the next step for them will be to issue new orders against me to put me in a terrible to create an excuse to take the children. Whatever they will plan, I believe that, soon, I will find the justice in Canada. INSHALLAH, my children and I will live normal and peaceful life SOON.
