Not Bathing

this is poop between his hip and back...Look how red the skin is .. .I just dont know what to say ,so I am gonna let the pic. talk for itself. {THIS IS NOT HIS BUTT} His back had twisted over an 80 degrees , so his hip and back meet at this spot .the crease is his back.
