LET’S END NOISE POLLUTION IN OUR HOMES!

We, the Anti-Noise Crusaders of the Philippines, Inc., are calling on our Senators and Representatives to pass a JOINT RESOLUTION that will:

✅ Strictly enforce Nuisance Law, RA 8749 (Clean Air Act), PD 1152 (Environmental Code), and NPCC Memo Circular No. 002, s. 1980 on noise control

✅ Mandate LGUs, PNP, DENR, DILG to act swiftly on noise complaints

✅ Prohibit loud videoke, karaoke, battle of sounds, Zumba, disco parties in residential areas

✅ Require barangays & event organizers to use covered courts or coliseums for loud events

📢 Why? Because we deserve peace in our homes. We deserve sleep without loud speakers blasting at midnight. We deserve neighborhoods where kids, the elderly, and workers can rest without harmful noise.

💥 Disturbing the peace is NOT culture — it’s a violation of the law.
