As you have signed our petition it is evident that you are concerned about the future of Moore Park Golf Course. For those of you who live in the City of Sydney electorate it's crucial to consider the stance of the candidates in the upcoming election on 14th September. 

Mayoral candidate Clover Moore has been instrumental and very vocal around her desire to reduce the course to 9 holes.  This is the third attempt by Clover Moore to reduce or close the golf course since she became Lord Mayor in 2004.

It is time for a change and we strongly urge you to consider a number of other candidates supporting the preservation of the 18-hole course and this invaluable community asset.

It is important to support candidates who are committed to retaining its current size. For voters in the City of Sydney electorate, we urge you to carefully consider the views of all candidates on this issue before casting your vote.
