As a domestic violence abuse victim of relentless physical torture for more than 44 years where electronic torture and rape is 18 years, brought about by the abuse of advanced technologies such as stolen direct energy weapon, stolen voice 2 skull technology, stolen remote neural monitoring, and stolen mind control weapons, I implore for your support. My abuser is a close family member, in 2020 admitted to my face face to face to being the one orchestrating these atrocities through the above mentioned weapons & technologies and that he gets a sexual kick out of it, his very sadistic psychopath who has obsessive compulsive disorder and said he won't stop torturing me till I'm killed by him.

The voice-to-skull technology broadcasts sound direct from satelite to brain of target without needing a phone as receiver, as brain is used as receiver, and this cannot be shut down from targets end, the offender has to stop this menacing electronic harassment and stop using artificial intelligence bots to pester victims 24/7 through voice 2 skull technology controlled by the offender.

Technological abuse is an insidious form of harm and traumatizing effects. It creates wounds that aren't always visible yet are deeply traumatic and lasting. I was diagnosed 2016 so student said his friend the abuser wont get investigated if i attempt to report him to america fir being the mastermind behind 9/11 attacks carried out by him recruiting muslims to alqaeda, taliban, pkk, while he is a satanist in real life he used fake identity or identoty theft while oine insyructimg the terrprust groups to target western countries. Im the witness barely surviving victim of domestic violence from a terrorist who uses adbanced weapons and technologies since he discovered them decades ago. Abuser is also a hacker. This infamous abuser is ready to attack western countries again, I needed police help but I'm not getting any.
