Video update on today's meeting and our next steps

Hey guys, 

I had the meeting with Ofcom today. It lasted about 45 minutes, which was longer than I expected and there is a fair bit to discuss on what happened, so please watch the video above (you'll have to scroll slightly). 

There's a lot to go through, so apologies for the longer video, but we end up with basically 4 paths forward, all of which I'll be taking and none of which effectively get us to the ban on mid-contract price rises quickly. For a proper explanation, watch the video. 

I'll be taking a few days off of this work now and focusing on some Ofgem work, so I'll send another update next week.
