Hi guys, 

Sorry for the delay, some of these consultations are taking longer than expected to complete and respond to. The links above show my response to the government's consultation on smarter regulation for energy, water and telecoms sectors. It was primarily focused on the water sector which is a little outside of my area of expertise, but I have provided answers where i felt I could add value.
