What caused the death of a 39 year old woman at the Warren County Regional Jail, in Bowling Green, Kentucky on August 18th, 2023?
Honestly, we may never know due to "HIPPA" laws . . . What we DO know is that jails throughout our nation have a long track record of inmate deaths, that are generally ruled as 'NO FAULT of THE FACILITY' they are being held in.
