The governments of NATO states are complicit in the catastrophe now being facilitated by NATO SG Mark Rutte. The longer théy keep Rutte in power, the more blame they bear. Even during the Renew Europe Global Europe Forum in Brussels (13 Jan) Rutte dares to continue his continuous lying and deceiving of parliamentarians, all on behalf of his 'Daddy' Trump.
Danish MEP Stine Bosse correctly states that there are no threatening ships around Greenland. Rutte then twists her words from 'no' to 'not that many' to 'not only Russia active there but also China'. All with the aim of instilling unnecessary fear and justifying an illegal(!) US seizure of the Greenland-area. Just as NATO facilitated the illegal US seizure of areas of Iraq in 2003. And not by coincidence; parts which are rich in raw materials and oil.
NATO SG Rutte pretends, very deliberately, as if the serious US military threat to Denmark is merely a 'small hassle'. And when respected Reuters journalist Andrew Grey asks whether in general, it is acceptable for one NATO ally to threaten the use of force to take the territory of another, he is laughed at by NATO SG Rutte.
As Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte subordinated the interests of the Dutch to his support for Netanyahu. Now Rutte appears to be abusing his power as Secretary General of NATO to subordinate NATO interests to his support for Trump.
Regardless of what position he holds, Rutte's main goal remains the destruction of the international rule of law. A goal that benefits both his "daddy" Trump and his ally, the accused war criminal Netanyahu.
