After two years, the other shoe finally dropped:

1. We understand Lin Yee Chung Association (LYCA) President Charles Wong recently submitted its Final Environmental Assessment (EA) for its proposed Manoa Banyan Court development to the City and County of Honolulu's Dept of Planning/Permitting (DPP).  In its Final EA, LYCA likely responded to DPP/public comments on its Nov 2022 Draft EA, in accordance with Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) 11-200.1-20.                                                                                                          
2. DPP is now reviewing LYCA's Final EA.  No later than 27 Dec 2024 (Tue), DPP is expected to render its finding/determination on LYCA's Final EA of either:  (a) "Incomplete", (b) issues a "Finding of No Significant Impact", or (c) issues an Environmental Impact Statement Preparatory Notice (EISPN), in accordance with Hawaii Environmental Review Process (Hawaii ERP).  After DPP's determination is made, LYCA's Final EA should be made available online.
