The biggest school in our community has decided to partner with Indigo. Indigo Books is a partner of the IDF, they pay Canadian citizens to go and serve. Which means that our school is partnering with people actively sending people to murder in a genocide. This not only is morally corrupt but creates an unsafe space for our children. We do not want PECI to be more of an unsafe environment. Help us tell the admin that we do not want this in PEC. Looking to do something about the genocide? This is it. 

We understand the need for increased school resources and the power of a corporate partner to mobilize donations. However, there needs to be an ethic of gift acceptance - one that aligns with the schools missions and mandates. It’s impossible to reconcile the funding of books in one part of the world and the bombing of children and schools in another.
