We are so grateful for all the support, it is now over an amazing 4,400 signatures and the petition  seems to have taken on a life of its own, perhaps feeding on the discontent some have with the National Trust and its current methodology.

Of the many who called us after we started the petition, over 70% had discontent with the National Trust for their own reasons outside of us. So, we are happy to give a voice to that, and perhaps we can bring about a re-think by people who manage the operation of the National Trust. Please spread the petition to as many as you can.

We are open to the idea of a class action for those who have been similarly harmed by a wrongful way in which National Trust caused them harm and loss. If you know of anyone, please let us know. We expect National Trust will also read this.

We continue to issue rebuttal statements for the repeated mis-information and untruths that National Trust are issuing against us. We do know how to fight oppression and will not back down when we are so strongly in the right in asking National Trust to remediate the situation they have created by their wrongful way in the way in which they carried out their actions. As noted before, we do not oppose their right to make an access charge, but they denied our legal right to lawful access and used false values and unlawful methods.
