We need people who signed the petition to email the council who are building a case against the licence holder. We need as many people as possible to reply, so if you have signed the petition then please can you email the council. I have copied the post again below. Thank you.

TWBC need to know what you actually heard and observed directly (no third-party information or general supportive comments just focused on actual first-hand evidence) as this is fundamental in getting to the facts of building a challenge to the license that would stand up to legal challenge.

There have been four events at Colebrooks Lakes over the summer and we will be trying to piece together information relating to the number of speaker systems the orientation of the speaker systems etc to get to a better understanding of what happened and why.  The four dates were,

7 – 9th August 2021
14-16th August 2021
27-29th August
18/19th September

The information we need for each date is   )

Your Name Address and Postcode.
What time did you first notice noise from the event in question. (If you did not notice please indicate this as well)
What was the last time you noticed noise from the event and question.
A brief description of what you could hear.
Was the noise uniform or did it go up and down.
Were there any specifically bad times when it appeared worse.
How it disturbed you during the day (where, and how)
How it disturbed you at night (did you have windows open or closed etc)
Any other comments on the noise that you think would be useful to us in assessing the impact.
